• Graduation Sem-II Admission Form 2025-29

Filling up the Online Form Instructions.

1. For fill form, you must have Login Id and Password of Sem-I.
2. For Login by clicking on the “Graduation Sem-II Login for fill Admission Form
3. The entire online application process is divided into five tabs (sections/pages) and the applicant needs to enter details in each of the sections correctly. There is a Preview page has modification option before going to the Print Form. Correct using modification option if any Data fill mistakenly.
4. There are only online payment option (Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking and UPI).

Required Documents (Scanned Copy in .JPG Format).

1. Scanned Photograph, Dimensions 200 pixels width x 230 pixels height and size of the Photograph is not more than 50 KB.
2. Scanned Signature, Dimensions 140 pixels width x 60 pixels height and size of the Scanned Signature is not more than 30 KB.

     CIA Exam Fee - Rs. 100.00, Online Charge - Rs. 100.00
